The University is also launching the new Nursing Excellence Grant, available to incoming RN-BSN students who start classes by Jan. 5, 2021, to honor this momentous occasion.

On April 16, 2020, Colorado Technical University announced that it intends to commit 100 percent of funds received from the CARES Act directly to eligible Colorado campus-based students as it becomes available. The University is looking to relieve the financial burden of campus students impacted by the COVID-19 public health crisis as they transition from CTU’s physical campuses to online learning.

Each year, we honor 50 wounded veterans, caregivers and family members with full-tuition scholarships to an eligible CTU degree program of their choice. Since 2008, the CTU Patriot Scholarship has been awarded to 550 student applicants, totaling over $11 million in education. We are proud to release the list of our 2020 recipients.

CTU and McDonald’s celebrated a student milestone as a second-generation Archways to Opportunity funding recipient achieved her personal goal of earning a college degree. Kay-Cee Antill utilized her McDonald’s funding and resources from CTU to earn a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management.

McDonald’s will be piloting a new “Women in Tech” initiative through its signature education and tuition assistance program, Archways to Opportunity. The pilot will start in the U.S. this spring and will work with Microsoft to provide the technical skills curriculum and CTU to deliver access to education.
